Jan Gilson (Microscopic Colitis & Me) is responsible for your data.

I collect your email address and first name when you sign up, and purchase details when you buy. I use them to send what you asked for, to email you the newsletter, and to handle orders and refunds.

Emails are sent through Kit and payments are handled by Stripe, so they process data for me. I never sell or share your data for marketing.

The site code does not currently configure analytics or advertising cookies. Essential technical data may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.

I keep your data while you’re subscribed or as needed for accounting.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing mlc@mlc-influence.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
