Refund policy

All prices are in pounds sterling (£).

Digital products are delivered by email or download link straight after purchase. If a product isn’t right for you, email mlc@mlc-influence.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no reason needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 working days.

If a download fails, I’ll resend it.

If you see a charge you don’t recognise (it will appear as MLC & Me), please email mlc@mlc-influence.co.uk first and I’ll sort it quickly.

All purchases are one-off, so there are no subscriptions to cancel.
